In 2004 after more than a decade producing and directing documentaries in the US and Britain, Marc de Beaufort joined forces with Alexandra Posada.  A graduate from NYU who had interned at Witness, the organization founded by Peter Gabriel that empowers those who suffer human rights violations by providing them with the use of video and technology, and in the production of major documentary films such as Bowling for Columbine directed by Michael Moore.

 

Our backgrounds encourage us to use our experience to present local stories, always determined to speak out in support of the values and principles that have marked our work.

 

We have been given the opportunity to pursue a wide variety of activities that have enriched our knowledge, experience and ability to support original projects from wherever they come from and whatever they try to add to support the construction of a fairer world. For Idafield, no project is too big, nor too small. It’s only the message that counts.
